Returns & Exchanges

We have personally inspected each piece to guarantee the highest quality. If you need to return this item due to a manufacturer's defect, please email us within 5 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the item has not been worn. The tags and the hygenic liner cannot have been removed.

If you do need to Return an item:

• You will be credited the price of the merchandise minus shipping & handling.
• The amount will be credited to your Paypal account.
• Please email us for a Return Form.
• Securely package your return with the Return Form and mail to: Devotion Lingerie, P.O. Box 1084, Pearland, TX 77588

If you do need to Exchange (same item but different color and/or size) an item:

• Please email us for an Exchange Form.
• Securely package your return with the Return Form and mail to: Devotion Lingerie, P.O. Box 1084, Pearland, TX 77588
• For exchanges, Devotion Lingerie will waive the cost of shipping on your new item.
